Manages periodic KYC refreshes for EMEA clients, resolves complex cases, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and supports client relationships. Requires strong KYC/AML expertise, analytical and communication skills, client management experience, and the ability to mentor colleagues. Identify control gaps, quality deficiencies, emerging risks, and recurring process weaknesses through root cause analysis. Provide regional subject-matter expertise, coordinate remediation with Operations, Compliance, and Risk teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and produce quality, exception management, MIS, and risk reporting. Manage related projects, governance updates, stakeholder communications, and escalation activities while strengthening the firm’s risk and control culture.

Leads wholesale credit risk research and analysis, develops risk measurement methodologies, identifies portfolio vulnerabilities, produces executive-level assessments, and informs credit risk governance and strategic decisions. The role requires translating complex quantitative and qualitative findings into actionable recommendations while engaging senior business and risk leaders and managing multiple research workstreams.

Lead global KYC Operations teams and strategy, overseeing AML monitoring, governance, regulatory reporting, policy implementation, vendor coordination, training, program delivery, technology enhancements, risk controls, and continuous process improvement. Manage teams and senior stakeholder relationships while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational effectiveness, data quality, and service-level performance.

Manages KYC operations and teams supporting AML monitoring, client onboarding, account refreshes, regulatory compliance, quality reviews, reporting, and control oversight.
