Lead infrastructure and clean energy project finance credit assessments, due diligence, financial modeling, valuation, risk analysis, transaction execution, and credit memorandum preparation. Manage multiple mandates, evaluate geopolitical and industry risks, structure protective transaction terms, oversee credit exposure, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations while engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Governs risk frameworks, limits, regulatory submissions, model validation, stress testing, dashboards, and portfolio optimization. Advises senior stakeholders on complex products and transactions, partners with technology and quantitative teams on data and AI initiatives, manages crisis analysis, drives transformation, and mentors risk professionals.

Manages KYC and AML risk, compliance, governance, control monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Analyzes risks and root causes, recommends remediation, supports business stakeholders, develops compliance guidelines, and prepares periodic reporting. The role partners with internal and external audit teams, provides subject matter expertise, oversees control issues, and independently exercises judgment to resolve complex situations and ensure timely, high-quality execution.

Leads complex projects and portfolios from planning through delivery, including project charters, schedules, staffing, budgets, benefits, stakeholder alignment, risk management, contracts, and acceptance plans. Partners with sponsors, procurement, and cross-functional teams to ensure business objectives are met. Provides strategic guidance, oversees resources and personnel, escalates risks, manages compliance, and contributes to standards and process improvements.

Supports Citi’s KYC and AML compliance program by creating, validating, updating, and completing KYC records. Researches company and regulatory information, verifies ownership and management documentation, monitors workflow metrics, meets service-level targets, and escalates discrepancies, negative news, and high-risk cases. The role also coordinates with relationship management, compliance, and control teams, provides operational reporting, and assists with departmental projects.

Conducts Know Your Client reviews, verifies customer documentation, updates profiles, tracks records and approvals, follows up on outstanding information, and supports AML compliance, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, control remediation, and operational reporting.

Maintains credit exposure, obligor, facility, insurance, and related data in credit systems. Reviews credit applications for accuracy, policy compliance, and timely database entry; monitors credit limits against exposure, identifies exceptions, escalates deficiencies, and supports risk-informed business decisions. The role coordinates with Relationship Managers and Operations teams, resolves non-routine issues, maintains controls, and ensures reliable, high-quality delivery while complying with applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
