Own strategy, roadmap, stakeholder engagement, team development, model deployment, monitoring, experimentation, and governance across modern data architectures.

Responsible for automating, securing and operating the companys data platform. Manage Snowflake, Kafka, MongoDB and AWS infrastructure; build CI/CD and Terraform IaC; implement monitoring with Datadog; perform patching, incident response, and cost/performance optimisation; support networking, access governance, disaster recovery and platform reliability standards.

Embed quality across the SDLC by designing, building and maintaining test automation frameworks, writing integration and end-to-end tests, and driving test strategy. Collaborate with engineers and product teams to automate regression, contract, performance and API tests, investigate defects and support release sign-off.
