Manages member renewals, retention, engagement, and services sales across India-focused telecommunications accounts. Builds sales pipelines, maintains Salesforce records, forecasts revenue, develops relationships with existing members, identifies expansion opportunities, and supports new member acquisition. Partners with marketing, program management, research, events, and regional sales teams while representing TM Forum at industry events. Requires telecom industry expertise, account management and sales experience, strong CRM and analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across global teams.
