Secure and monitor the Group's Microsoft 365 and Azure environments; manage identity and email security; investigate and respond to incidents; perform vulnerability assessments and remediation tracking; support regulatory compliance (DORA, Reg-SP), security policies, audits, and awareness programmes across international offices.

Administer and operate the Group's Microsoft 365 tenant and related services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive). Perform identity and access management, PowerShell automation, endpoint management (Intune), email security integrations (Mimecast), onboarding/offboarding, documentation, audits, and vendor coordination. Troubleshoot tenant-level issues, support security controls, maintain IT registers, and lead operational process improvements and Microsoft 365 projects across international offices.
