Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, support stewardship and issue resolution, and provide technical guidance while ensuring data quality, lineage, and compliance.

Administer and improve Veeva CRM across multiple countries, supporting sales and marketing users, configuring systems, troubleshooting integrations, and maintaining data integrity. Develop reports, training materials, business rules, and adoption initiatives while supporting segmentation, targeting, customer engagement, and commercial performance tracking. Collaborate with global CRM, sales, marketing, and medical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and streamline operations.
