Manage outbound calls to students and agents regarding visas, application documents, fees, and outcomes; coordinate with Admissions; handle support mailboxes; prepare stakeholder reports; and perform additional duties as requested while maintaining company policies and professional standards.

Coordinate and support IT and operations projects by managing schedules, tracking milestones, liaising with stakeholders, documenting requirements and risks, assisting testing and rollouts, and ensuring timely delivery and audit-ready documentation.

Lead and supervise BDC teams supporting Canada operations, ensuring service delivery, quality, reporting (MIS), mailbox/calling ops, PAL processing, training, relationship management, and process improvements.
