Own technical relationships with enterprise API customers across implementation, launch, and optimization in APAC. Troubleshoot integration, configuration, documentation, and product issues; coordinate with Product and Engineering; communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders; and convert recurring customer challenges into scalable onboarding, support, and product improvements. The role also involves building the APAC technical integration function and creating repeatable processes while maintaining fast, high-trust customer support.
