Work on India-focused strategic advisory and M&A engagements: evaluate and structure transactions, lead execution and due diligence, build valuation and quantitative models, conduct industry research, prepare client materials, participate in negotiations and meetings, and mentor junior staff.

Perform financial analysis and modeling, draft client presentations and memoranda, conduct financial and business research, coordinate time-sensitive processes, support transaction execution and client interactions, and contribute to business development across multiple sectors as part of the India Coverage Strategic Advisory team.
