Lead governance for the Expected Credit Loss framework within the Risk Management Group. Establish oversight committees, terms of reference, standard operating procedures, and governance controls. Coordinate quarterly macroeconomic variable refreshes, oversee ECL-related audits, engage auditors and regulators, and ensure compliance with RBI, Basel, and group policies. The role requires extensive risk management experience, strong committee governance capabilities, knowledge of banking products, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Monitor and analyze fraud transaction-surveillance alerts, determine appropriate dispositions, and support regulatory reporting such as FMR and CPFIR. Provides L2 application and infrastructure support for project and production environments. Responsibilities include setting up UAT environments, managing CI/CD deployments, configuring enterprise applications, troubleshooting application, database, middleware, and infrastructure issues, monitoring system performance, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting incident and change management. The role collaborates with development, infrastructure, and business teams in complex enterprise or banking environments.

Leads treasury operations for the Indian market, overseeing transaction processing, settlement, confirmations, funds management, reporting, reconciliations, and resolution of breaks. Ensures compliance with RBI regulations and internal policies, manages operational risk assessments, drives straight-through processing and productivity improvements, and guides teams across treasury products, especially fixed income and bonds. Collaborates with front office, auditors, regulators, risk teams, and internal stakeholders while managing treasury projects and process improvements.

Investigate and mitigate money mule activity by analyzing transactions and customer profiles, conducting thorough AML investigations, collaborating with compliance/legal teams, maintaining records, developing detection controls, and supporting training and industry engagement. Shift work (24/7) may be required.
