Leads analytics strategy, governance, reporting product development, and complex operational data analysis for Global Operations. Designs scalable dashboards and automation, establishes coding and quality standards, manages initiative portfolios, evaluates risk, and presents executive insights. Partners with Product Management and senior leaders on decision-making, controls, adoption, and change management. Coaches analysts and developers while driving reusable analytics engineering and visualization practices.

Develop advanced analytics, data pipelines, dashboards, and AI/ML models for Identity and Access Management controls. Identify access anomalies, entitlement risks, toxic combinations, certification inefficiencies, and control gaps. Manage model governance, explainability, monitoring, drift detection, AI risk mitigation, audit traceability, and executive reporting while partnering with IAM, cybersecurity, audit, compliance, privacy, and technology teams.

Produce and report daily P&L for Treasury, Fixed Income, FX, and Rates trading desks. Reconcile trader estimates with actual results, analyze revenue drivers, risk positions, Greeks, and P&L variances, and perform front-to-back reconciliations. Support month-end controls, UAT, process improvements, and issue remediation while partnering with Front Office, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Finance teams.

Lead valuation control activities for Global Markets asset classes, including Independent Price Verification, valuation adjustments, prudent valuations, and Fair Value Hierarchy assessments. Analyze and explain valuation results, maintain procedures, improve methodologies, support automation and system development, and collaborate with Front Office, Finance, and Global Valuations Group stakeholders. The role also requires strong governance, regulatory awareness, issue escalation, communication, and process enhancement skills.

Lead development and enhancement of quantitative and qualitative stress‑testing and forecasting models for Global Markets. Own regulatory inputs (CCAR, RRP), run stakeholder review/challenge sessions, ensure data and infrastructure integrity, drive process improvements, and train the team while engaging senior global finance, front office, and risk stakeholders.

Produce and deliver daily P&L for Treasury/Fixed Income/FX trading desks; reconcile P&L to trader estimates and sub-ledgers; perform front-to-back analysis, month-end controls, and Greeks-based risk analysis; liaise with Front/Middle Office, Risk, Ops and Technology; drive process improvements, perform UAT/testing, and remediate issues while maintaining control and operational risk standards.

The Manager will develop fraud strategies, optimize detection systems, and collaborate with multiple teams to enhance fraud detection processes.
