Lead and deliver high-quality, complex bids for infrastructure, energy and natural resources across Asia. Manage end-to-end proposal processes, coordinate stakeholders, develop win themes, write and quality-control responses, maintain bid tools and libraries, support pre-bid research, coach interview presentations, report on pipeline and drive continuous improvement in bid methodology.

Manage electrical construction projects from concept to handover, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, on-site installations, testing and commissioning of LT/MV panels, transformers, earthing and LPS. Coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, perform site inspections, audits, HSE risk assessments, and enforce PPE and quality controls.
