Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of MEP works including design review, scheduling, budgeting, quality, safety, procurement, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder management across large-scale construction projects.

Manage end-to-end logistics including transportation, warehousing, inventory movement, vendor coordination, and distribution. Optimize processes, ensure compliance and accurate documentation, monitor KPIs, and provide reporting and stakeholder coordination to deliver timely, cost-effective material flow.

Lead independent PMC oversight of procurement, expediting, logistics, customs, materials management and supply chain risk mitigation to protect project schedule. Monitor EPC procurement, manage expediting across China and Indonesia, coordinate international logistics and customs, oversee site warehousing and inventory, and provide supply chain reporting and recovery plans to support construction, commissioning and shutdown activities.

Lead and manage regional project teams to deliver corporate fit-outs, relocations, refurbishments and rationalization programmes. Ensure compliance with client processes and local law, maintain quality and consistent reporting, review fees, drive process improvements, and represent projects at regional meetings to meet client delivery requirements.

Lead delivery of complex construction and workplace projects from inception to completion. Provide strategic planning, stakeholder and financial oversight (including D-365 invoicing), governance, procurement, construction/site oversight, team leadership and development, resource planning, and contribute to business development and continuous improvement to meet client, quality, schedule and budget objectives.
