Supports Senior Project Managers in delivering E&M-driven data centre construction projects. Responsibilities include project documentation, meeting materials, progress reporting, stakeholder communication, site-visit support, activity and deliverable tracking, and risk escalation. The role coordinates project information across clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout project phases.

Manage project documentation, filing systems, trackers, reports, and status updates. Coordinate administrative matters with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Support purchase requests, invoice processing, vendor documentation, travel, logistics, site access, and onboarding. Maintain accurate, organized project records. The role requires onsite work and supports construction, engineering, facilities, or data center projects.

Supports business development and go-to-market activities by coordinating bid and RFP responses, vendor registrations, prequalification documentation, proposal meetings, and contract handovers. Maintains CV, case study, capability statement, and other marketing collateral databases while ensuring brand and governance compliance. The role also organizes bid-team collaboration through Microsoft Teams, supports knowledge sharing, assists with external events, and facilitates transitions from winning bids to delivery teams.

Lead project controls for major capital investments: establish control plans, WBS, cost control, scheduling, progress measurement, forecasting and reporting; coordinate estimating and control account budgets; manage change and risk processes; provide monthly variance analysis and mitigation recommendations; lead and mentor the project control team.

Support Senior PMs in planning, coordinating, and delivering mall A&A, tenancy, and F&B projects in Macau. Maintain schedules in MS Project, track costs, assist tendering, permits, site coordination, compliance, and prepare progress reports. Provide on-site construction and handover support.

Lead delivery of regional industrial/manufacturing capital projects across APAC, ensuring time, budget and quality. Manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, develop business cases, monitor costs and forecasts, handle procurement and contracts, manage risks and safety, perform design reviews, and report governance to steering committees.

Lead interface identification, coordination, risk management and resolution for integrating a second RKEF production train into an operating smelter. Maintain interface register and plans, coordinate shutdowns/tie-ins, manage brownfield, engineering, utility, supply chain, construction and commissioning interfaces, support SIMOPS, and ensure safe, on‑schedule handovers while protecting ongoing production.

Lead on-site BIM implementation for an industrial construction project: produce BIM documentation, assess team competency, enforce standards, run model assurance, report risks, and introduce new technology and best practices.

Manage project document control including folder setup, registries, document/drawing numbering, filing physical and digital records, processing RFIs and correspondence, distributing project information, ensuring compliance with company and client documentation standards, and improving document management systems while maintaining confidentiality.

Lead planning and delivery of mall A&A, tenancy and F&B fit-out projects in Macau. Manage master programme, contractors, permits, tendering, budgets, quality, safety and handovers while coordinating stakeholders including mall management, procurement, legal, consultants and facilities.
