Supports employer branding, HR marketing, internal communications, and employee engagement initiatives. Creates job-posting content, social media materials, announcements, campaigns, posters, banners, presentations, newsletters, and other digital assets using Canva and Adobe tools. Collaborates with HR and cross-functional teams, explores creative tools, and adopts best practices in HR branding and communication.

Conduct client product demonstrations, understand trading and compliance workflows, explain product capabilities, document requirements, and coordinate with internal teams. Support client onboarding, product training, adoption, and stakeholder communication while staying current on Indian capital-market regulations. The role requires strong knowledge of the Indian stock-market ecosystem, excellent presentation skills, problem-solving ability, and regular client visits.

Manage accounts payable and payroll accounting, including invoice processing, vendor payments, payroll entries, reconciliations, MIS reporting, statutory compliance support, audit documentation, and ledger scrutiny. Coordinate with vendors, HR, auditors, consultants, and internal teams. Use Tally, Keka, Excel, and Google Sheets to maintain accurate records, prepare schedules, track payments, support month-end closure, and identify discrepancies.

Maintain CRM master data and deal lifecycle, manage monthly billing inputs and automation, produce MIS dashboards and reports, support renewals and client communications, identify process improvements and apply AI/automation to increase efficiency.
