Provide 2nd/3rd line support for Dynamics 365 Business Central: troubleshoot functional and technical issues, manage integrations/extensions, maintain support documentation, assist clients, ensure SLAs, and support releases and system health.

The Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant will implement and configure Business Central solutions, working with customers to understand their requirements and ensure high service standards. Will involve collaboration with technical teams and ongoing personal development through training and certifications.
