Lead forecasting, planning and analysis for the local Business Unit Finance. Own business plans and Onestream submissions, maintain SOX controls, prepare monthly Power BI performance decks, run ad-hoc GP/price-volume analyses, support SG&A planning, build compensation plans, automate reporting, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders and controllership.

Lead regional performance management and supply chain excellence across APAC using analytics, governance, and cross-functional collaboration. Drive OTIF-D PA performance, SLOB management, predictive reporting, action plans, and system adoption (Planisware). Build forecasts, identify root causes, enable mitigations, and partner with operations, planning, finance and commercial teams to improve operational and financial outcomes.

Leads global business intelligence strategy, reporting, analytics, governance, and team capability development. Owns Tableau-to-Power BI migration, develops complex data models and executive dashboards, validates metrics, and delivers actionable commercial and digital media insights. Partners with global and regional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable BI solutions, drive adoption through training and support, and identify cross-market opportunities. Guides junior developers and promotes analytical best practices, data storytelling, performance optimization, and strong governance.

Owns end-to-end brand management, including P&L, brand strategy, consumer and market research, marketing campaigns, media planning, retail execution, forecasting, budgeting, and brand health tracking. Leads cross-functional and regional collaboration to drive short- and long-term business growth, innovation, and sustainable brand equity. Requires business-level English and Japanese communication.

Evaluates demand and prepares forecasts for business units or product lines. Collaborates with marketing, sales, finance, procurement, and operations to improve supply-demand alignment, forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and supply chain visibility. Develops dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scorecards; leads forecast review meetings and continuous improvement initiatives; ensures data integrity and compliance; and explores technologies such as IoT and blockchain to improve transparency and agility.

Drives planning process digitization, compliance, standardization, and continuous improvement while managing and developing a high-performing demand planning team.

Lead commercial technology and data initiatives for EMEA commercial teams: manage cross-functional projects, drive adoption of SFA/TPM/CRM tools, ensure compliance (SOX, GDPR), perform business analysis, change management, stakeholder engagement, and SLA/vendor management.

Develops category and shopper insights to guide growth initiatives, range and planogram decisions, pricing, promotions, and new product launch strategies. Analyzes complex market and category data, builds fact-based recommendations and category narratives, supports customer presentations and engagements, partners with sales and brand teams, and tracks new product performance. The role is a parental-cover contract through May 2027.
