Owns employment tax, global mobility, payroll tax, and employee equity tax operations across multiple jurisdictions. Coordinates shadow payroll, reconciliations, reporting, country launches, filings, controls, advisers, and audit documentation. Partners with Payroll, People, Legal, and Finance to implement compliant processes, resolve tax issues, support equity events, and improve automation and data accuracy.

Design and architect large-scale GPU clusters across compute, networking, and storage. Model performance for AI/ML workloads, define low-latency interconnects (InfiniBand/RoCE), integrate storage, and operationalize reliability and monitoring with SRE, networking, and storage teams.
