Pre-Sales Engineer engages customers and sales teams to design and propose Infoblox DDI-based network security solutions. Responsibilities include technical presentations, product demos, POCs, responding to RFPs/RFIs, solution documentation, OEM/partner relationships, and supporting post-sales handover and implementation.

Designs and demonstrates FireMon and Gurucul cybersecurity solutions during pre-sales engagements. Responsibilities include customer meetings, presentations, proof-of-concepts, technical evaluations, proposals, bills of materials, solution documentation, RFP/RFI responses, implementation support, integrations, configuration, troubleshooting, and coordination with vendors, sales teams, partners, and customers.

Leads the Thales technical team and manages cybersecurity pre-sales, professional services, solution architecture, proofs of concept, implementations, migrations, and technical escalations. Designs CipherTrust data security solutions involving encryption, key management, and HSMs; prepares proposals, SOWs, BoQs, and RFP/RFI responses; manages resources, projects, revenue, customer relationships, and delivery quality; and develops team capabilities through certifications, training, and mentoring.

Support sales and partner teams by qualifying technical requirements, delivering product demos and POCs, leading technical discovery, responding to RFPs, and designing cloud backup and data protection solutions while feeding market feedback to product and sales teams.

Provide presales and post-sales technical support and solution design for F5 technologies (LTM, WAF, DNS). Run customer workshops, demos, troubleshooting, optimization, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
