Acquires and manages high-value business banking customers, especially Current Account clients. Builds family banking relationships, drives cross-selling of insurance and investment products, promotes business banking services such as CMS and POS, and coordinates with internal teams to ensure effective onboarding and servicing. Analyzes requirements, prepares BRDs, RSDs, test plans, incident reports, and user guides. Tests applications, APIs, and integrations; resolves system issues; coordinates with business users, operations, IT, vendors, and product teams; supports system enhancements; reduces manual work; and trains users on new functionality.

Generate revenue through loan sales, CASA growth, and cross-selling insurance and mutual funds. Maintain existing client relationships, coordinate with credit, legal, operations, and product teams, ensure KYC compliance and documentation, and support customers and channel partners through timely resolution and service.

Acquire new agricultural-business customers for the bank, promote working capital products, manage credit and legal evaluations, conduct field investigations, prepare credit appraisal notes, ensure customer satisfaction, and develop channel partnerships to drive business volumes.
