Lead and run the India Internal Reporting COE for performance management and cost, managing a 60+ team. Own end-to-end process delivery, drive finance transformation, automation, process re-engineering, controls, KPIs and efficiency improvements. Partner with global Finance and IT, ensure compliance with Code of Conduct and regulatory policies, and drive people, DEI, and risk & control agendas locally.

Support and improve group financial reporting processes to meet regulatory obligations and business objectives. Prepare reporting documentation (Audit Committee, Disclosure Committee), manage external audit requests, facilitate meetings, capture actions, draft reporting instructions, maintain controls, respond to ad hoc finance queries, and build collaborative relationships across the finance community to reduce operational risk.

Lead and review consolidation reporting for funds, including IFRS10 assessments, GAAP-to-IFRS adjustments, NAV reconciliations, technical accounting memos, and stakeholder coordination. Drive process and control improvements, support audits, mentor junior team members, and ensure timely, compliant consolidated financial submissions to Group reporting.
