Provide L2 managed security services: monitor and maintain SIEM (Splunk), investigate and remediate incidents, perform forensic analysis, tune detection rules, manage SOC toolsets, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, document incidents, and develop automation to improve response and reduce false positives.

Provide L2 managed services support for clients, monitoring and resolving incidents, managing tickets and SLAs, executing changes, supporting change management and disaster recovery, auditing tickets for quality, collaborating with teams and vendors, and driving automation and process improvements.

Provide 24/7 firewall and load balancer monitoring and administration, detect and respond to security incidents, manage patches and updates, raise support tickets and change requests, follow ITIL processes, and man the helpdesk for managed security services.

Provide L2 security managed services: monitor, triage, investigate, and resolve security incidents; manage tickets and SLAs; perform operational tasks, execute approved changes, support L1 escalations, collaborate on automation and improvement, and assist project work and change management.

Provide L2 security operations: troubleshoot malware/virus incidents, manage and harden firewalls, review rule bases, administer IPS/WAF and load balancers, configure IPSEC VPNs/NAT, perform backups, and support DR drills.

Consult with clients to design, implement, and operate security solutions. Perform penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, source code analysis, malware analysis, and continuous monitoring. Advise on security architecture, compliance (NIST, ISO, CIS, PCI, HIPAA), incident response, and mitigation strategies. Deliver findings and guide implementation of security controls across multi-team, multi-geography environments.

Provide L3 security managed services: troubleshoot complex security infrastructure, resolve incidents, ensure SLA compliance, create knowledge articles, mentor juniors, support automation, and manage domain projects and disaster recovery.

Provide L2 operational support and administration for F5 BIG-IP WAF (ASM) and SSL Orchestrator. Monitor platforms, respond to incidents, tune WAF policies, perform SSLO configuration, troubleshoot security events, escalate to L3/TAC, maintain SOPs/runbooks, ensure compliance with banking security requirements, and coordinate remediation and RCA across stakeholders.
