Owns strategy, growth and executive relationships for a 10-25 enterprise account portfolio in APAC. Manages renewals, upsell/cross-sell, and senior stakeholder business reviews; works closely with a Digital Project Manager to drive adoption, detect churn signals, and translate project data into ROI and impact narratives.
