Produce accurate formwork designs, shell plans, and drawings to meet project and production requirements. Coordinate with stakeholders, maintain design documentation, identify design issues, and contribute to process improvements while meeting schedules and standards.

Design and deliver safe, compliant self-climbing platform (SCP) systems: produce drawings, calculations, and BOQs using AutoCAD and STAAD-Pro; coordinate with design, factory and site teams; ensure constructability, safety, and alignment with project programmes; identify and escalate technical and programme risks; support standardisation and tender preparation.

Produce accurate holing designs and documentation to meet production and project schedules. Coordinate with planning, production, and design teams, maintain records, identify and escalate design issues, support process improvements, and ensure design outputs meet manufacturing constraints and quality standards.

Lead and develop the India formwork design team; plan and prioritise workloads to meet production targets; ensure compliant, manufacturable formwork designs; act as design interface with factory, BD and project teams; manage deliverables, changes, risks, and training needs; drive continuous improvement.

Prepare accurate accessory designs and drawings for formwork systems, ensuring compliance with specifications and production constraints. Coordinate with internal teams, manage documentation, meet production deadlines, identify and escalate design issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards.
