Leads regional on-site IT support across APAC, managing technicians, hardware and user lifecycles, incidents, SLAs, KPIs, service improvements, and stakeholder relationships. Coordinates global support initiatives, liaises with PMOs, supports project governance, and ensures OSS participation in projects. Requires strong IT infrastructure knowledge, ITIL expertise, ServiceNow proficiency, project coordination skills, and leadership experience.

Leads end-to-end data products from ingestion and transformation through semantic modeling, Power BI reporting, documentation, governance, and user adoption. Builds Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lakehouse or Warehouse architectures, dimensional models, and secure, optimized Power BI solutions. Analyzes data, supports advanced analytics and AI-assisted reporting, establishes quality and CI/CD practices, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and manages data engineers through objectives, reviews, and development.

Design, build and deploy AI workflows using Azure AI, Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric; integrate solutions with SAP and Salesforce; own end-to-end delivery, DevOps/MLOps/AIOps practices, governance, monitoring, and stakeholder adoption; provide technical leadership and reusable patterns to scale AI adoption across the business.
