Lead large-scale modernization and transformation programs with global onshore/offshore delivery. Drive AI-led and automation initiatives, apply Agile/SAFe across multi-team deliveries, manage stakeholders, budgets, contracts, and commercial outcomes.

Lead mobile and web application testing including test automation (Playwright, Appium), API testing, test case creation, defect management, and reporting. Develop automated test scripts and frameworks, use BrowserStack and Postman/SoapUI, work with product and development teams, interact with databases and code (Java, Objective‑C, HTML), and maintain test environments and OS updates. Agile/DevOps collaboration and Jira-based tracking.
