Serve as an IVR functional consultant: create functional requirements and Visio call flows, perform automation testing (Cyara or similar), and execute smoke, integration, and regression testing for complex IVR/ACD systems (speech and DTMF). Requires treasury domain knowledge, accounting/financial instruments expertise, and implementation experience with major treasury systems.
