Lead end-to-end Genesys Cloud CX implementations, designing IVR/ACD/Architect flows, QM and WFM configurations, telephony/SBC integration, Dialogflow bot integrations, CRM and data warehouse (Snowflake) integrations, and provide post-go-live support, reporting enablement, and client-facing solution delivery.

Lead and own measurement, attribution, and analytics delivery across clients: manage a Measurement & Attribution Pod, define governance and architecture, advise stakeholders, drive adoption and expansion of CDP/analytics solutions, integrate platforms, and support pre-sales and innovation including AI/ML and Mix Modeling.
