Administer hedge fund portfolios, prepare and review NAV calculations and financial statements, value portfolio holdings, analyze fund performance, produce P&L reports, support clients and auditors, maintain internal team relationships, and train new fund accountants. Supervise private equity client onboarding and conversion projects onto Citco’s technology platforms. Responsibilities include reviewing legal documents, configuring fund structures, mapping charts of accounts, preparing and migrating data, performing reconciliations, resolving discrepancies, coordinating stakeholders, testing platform enhancements, and supporting global projects across time zones. The role also develops subject-matter expertise, manages multiple deadlines, and contributes to process improvements and firm-wide initiatives.

Manage day-to-day general ledger accounting for multiple legal entities, including month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, tax processes, audits, cash flow, and regulatory compliance. Coordinate with tax, legal, shared service centers, and overseas offices. Implement finance procedures, maintain corporate policies, manage stakeholders, and mentor a team of finance professionals.

Prepares fund financial statements, disclosures, financial highlights, regulatory reports, and audit support schedules. Partner with controllers and onshore teams, explain financial variances, improve processes, and guide junior staff. The role requires a qualified CA, strong Excel expertise, communication skills, and willingness to work UK shifts.

Supports and enhances Oracle financial applications, including Payables, Procurement, General Ledger, Receivables, and Projects. Responsibilities include system maintenance, month-end close support, issue resolution, security configuration validation, enhancement delivery, documentation, release testing, system integration testing, UAT preparation, and special projects. The role coordinates with internal teams, Oracle Support, third-party providers, and external partners while managing changes through JIRA.
