Lead establishment and maintenance of program process controls and document management for global real estate programs. Conduct quality audits, ensure compliance with policies and standards, support change management, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and act as central documentation contact to maintain consistency across project documents.

Lead and deliver EHS and Industrial Hygiene consulting engagements across industrial and infrastructure sectors. Manage technical workstreams, conduct audits and exposure assessments, prepare technical reports, support proposals and business development, mentor junior staff, and engage directly with clients to ensure regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.

Lead a global Architecture Office to define enterprise technology strategy, roadmaps, standards, and governance. Drive portfolio modernization (cloud, APIs, microservices, data), coach architecture community, partner with executives, and embed security, compliance, and resilience into solutions to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Perform structural analysis and design of water/sewage treatment and non-plant steel and concrete structures to Eurocodes. Build analytical models using Robot, STAAD, IDEA StatiCa; prepare calculations, reports, loads and stresses under senior supervision. Lead and grow the Global Excellence Centre Advisory team, drive delivery across investment advisory, sustainability, supply chain and transformation projects, mentor leaders, support bids, manage budgets, risks, quality, and promote digitalization, standardization and HS&W best practices across regions.
