Lead deployment and scaling of operational excellence across IMEA logistics: implement OpEx frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), run diagnostics and Kaizen workshops, drive KPI-led execution, enable change management and digital adoption, build OpEx capability, and engage stakeholders to deliver measurable cost, quality, safety, and delivery improvements.

Lead OPEX capability building across Global Service Centres by embedding Lean and Six Sigma practices, A3 problem solving, visual management, Kaizen and VSM. Design and deliver training, coach CI practitioners, build internal faculty, strengthen daily management and governance, and link capability deployment to real business KPI gaps and enterprise priorities to sustain end-to-end value stream improvements.
