Leads LEGO’s India brand and portfolio marketing strategy, including go-to-market planning, local campaigns, media effectiveness, consumer insights, agency and partner relationships, budget management, and cross-functional business leadership. The role manages franchises, collaborates with sales and operations, represents marketing in business planning, and develops team capability while strengthening brand awareness and consumer penetration across India.

Own the end-to-end demand plan for India’s business unit across consumer sales and selling-in channels. Align Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence, and supply chain stakeholders on assumptions, forecasts, launches, promotions, inventory, and financial trade-offs. Monitor forecast performance, manage gaps to target, improve in-stock levels, minimize excess inventory, and strengthen demand-planning tools, analytics, processes, and digital capabilities.
