Manage an in-house employee services/shared service center to ensure SLA-driven service delivery, oversee budgets, vendor relationships and tech deployments, drive process redesign and continuous improvement, report performance to stakeholders, and lead, coach, and develop the service center team.

Own end-to-end vendor master operations delivered via a BPO, manage daily queues in ServiceNow and HICX, enforce SLAs/KPIs with providers, produce performance dashboards and reports, handle escalations and stakeholder engagement, ensure SOX and compliance controls, and drive continuous process improvement and capacity planning.
