Leads HR strategy for DePuy Synthes India by advising senior leaders, managing talent and succession planning, supporting employee and labor relations, facilitating coaching and training, guiding organizational design and change management, and partnering with regional APAC HR teams. The role addresses complex organizational challenges, develops retention strategies, supports transformation initiatives, and mentors junior HR colleagues in a matrixed, multinational environment.

Owns APAC source-to-contract operations, including sourcing events, supplier engagement, commercial negotiations, contract coordination, stakeholder management, and compliance. Mentors analysts, partners with category procurement and cross-functional teams, supports India-specific requirements, monitors service performance, and drives process standardization and continuous improvement. The role also supports procurement automation, AI initiatives, digital requirements, data quality, tool enhancements, and collaboration across regional and global teams.

Leads the vision, strategy, prioritization, delivery, and operational support of global Treasury finance applications across SAP, Java, and SWIFT platforms. Partners with Finance, Treasury, Technology, vendors, and senior stakeholders to manage requirements, programs, budgets, service levels, business cases, process improvements, security, and change management. Oversees complex global initiatives, coaches team members, manages suppliers, and ensures compliant, high-quality delivery across the system lifecycle.

Process and validate complex payroll transactions, reconcile reports, ensure statutory and SOX compliance, resolve payroll issues, support audits, update documentation, test system changes, drive process improvements, and mentor junior analysts. The role partners with HR, Finance, IT, vendors, and regional teams while supporting operational planning and project delivery.
