Lead and coordinate development of a cloud-based network management SaaS platform. Manage cross-functional frontend, backend, mobile, and DevOps teams; oversee delivery timelines, quality assurance, and feature integration involving FreeRADIUS, captive portals, payment gateways, and mobile apps. Apply Agile/Scrum practices, collaborate with clients, and use project management tools to ensure successful delivery.

Deploys and supports enterprise network environments, coordinates with customers, monitors performance, troubleshoots connectivity issues, and escalates complex problems. Maintains network documentation, SOPs, knowledge bases, and tickets within SLA-based processes. Participates in network architecture reviews and projects while providing senior technical support and ensuring system availability.

Leads and manages the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. Develops sales strategies, builds customer relationships, monitors performance, identifies market opportunities, and supports negotiation and closing activities. The role also requires strategic planning, team leadership, client presentations, senior-management communication, and effective organization under pressure.

Supports the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, managing communication with clients and internal departments, preparing reports, analyzing sales data, and helping improve sales operations and customer satisfaction.

Manage day-to-day sales and purchase operations, vendor management, payments, TDS/GST tracking, ledger reconciliation, MIS and monthly CA filings, insurance and bank guarantee handling, and maintain physical and online records using accounting systems.

Plan, implement and manage the companys digital marketing strategy across SEO/SEM, social, email, display and analytics. Lead and train the digital team, oversee budget, measure KPIs/ROI, optimize landing pages and campaigns, run A/B and multivariate tests, and produce performance reports and competitor research.

Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll coordination, GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and support monthly/annual reporting, audits, and taxation activities while maintaining financial documentation and coordinating with management.

Manage the organization’s financial health through budgeting, planning, reporting, compliance, and analysis. Ensure accurate records, support strategic decisions, control costs, and improve profitability and financial stability.

Monitor and maintain network and security infrastructure; configure and troubleshoot Check Point, FortiGate, and Palo Alto firewalls; support LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, and routing; handle support tickets and SLA compliance; implement firewall policies, NAT and access controls; document incidents and provide technical support to ensure uptime and security compliance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining candidate databases. Support daily office administration, supervise support staff and vendors, and ensure smooth office operations.
