Manage daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, payroll coordination, GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, expense tracking, and support monthly/annual reporting, audits, and taxation activities while maintaining financial documentation and coordinating with management.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting operations, financial records, and compliance-related activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial data, preparing reports, and supporting the company's financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities.
Maintain financial records and bookkeeping.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
Coordinate payroll processing and salary records.
Handle GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities.
Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
Maintain employee reimbursement records.
Assist in monthly and annual financial reporting.
Coordinate with management on financial operations.
Maintain proper financial documentation.
Support audit and taxation-related activities.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies.
Manage petty cash and expense tracking.
Requirements
Required Skills
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
