Manage end-to-end recruitment for internal roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding, and maintaining candidate databases. Support daily office administration, supervise support staff and vendors, and ensure smooth office operations.
We are looking to hire a young, dynamic, and energetic professional for the position of Admin cum Recruiter at our firm. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for internal hiring requirements while also supporting day-to-day office administration operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment for various internal positions across departments
- Source, screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with candidates
- Manage the complete hiring cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Achieve a recruitment target of minimum 1 successful joining per week
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements and updates
- Support office administration and daily operational activities
- Supervise and coordinate office support staff, including office boys and vendors
- Ensure smooth functioning of internal office activities and administrative tasks
- Assist in maintaining office discipline, documentation, and communication
