The Network Engineer (L2) is responsible for
A. Active Involvement in Network Deployment and Customer Coordination.
B. Providing Senior level technical support for network-related issues.
C. Planing, Documentations, SoP, Knowledgebase maintenance. 
D. Involvement in the Network Architecutre and Reviews

This role involves a mix of Network Project Deployments and Tech Support, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting basic connectivity problems, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.

  • Relevant networking certifications (CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) are preferred.


  • 4+ years of experience in network projects, support or Networking helpdesk environment.

  • Experience in handling tickets and working in an SLA-based environment is an advantage.

  • Experiecne in Project Deployments, Documentations, SOPs etc


  • Good understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN.

  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies.

  • Good Knowledge of routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Basic troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues.


  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Good analytical thinking ability.

  • Basic documentation skills.


  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Customer-focused mindset.
