Senior Network Security Engineer

Leads technical discovery, solution presentations, product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, partner trials, and technical sales activities for SonicWall cybersecurity solutions. Builds trusted channel relationships, maintains demonstration labs, supports product testing and marketing initiatives, shares roadmap insights, and mentors new solution engineers. Requires extensive presales or solution engineering experience, strong networking and cybersecurity expertise, and the ability to advise customers and partners on complex security architectures.

Designs, implements, and assesses network and cybersecurity controls for customer environments. Responsibilities include configuring firewalls, WAFs, load balancers, IDS/IPS, access controls, and encryption; conducting security assessments and audits; identifying vulnerabilities; advising clients on risk mitigation; securing infrastructure and applications by design; and collaborating with customers, vendors, and cross-functional teams. The role also requires staying current with evolving threats, cloud security, Zero Trust, cyber resilience, and related technologies.

Manage and secure network infrastructure, including F5 and Citrix load balancers, WAF, firewalls, and related controls. Assess customer security postures, identify vulnerabilities, conduct audits, and recommend risk mitigation strategies. Design and implement security policies and technologies, collaborate with customers and vendors, and help secure IT infrastructure and applications. Stay current with emerging threats, cloud security, Zero Trust, cyber resiliency, and industry frameworks.
