Responsibilities include server patching, hardening, provisioning, migration, disaster recovery operations, hardware troubleshooting, monitoring, incident and change management, vendor coordination, root-cause analysis, and PowerShell automation. The role also supports physical server installation, storage and RAID systems, failover testing, maintenance activities, and L2 infrastructure incidents.

Administer and support GCP infrastructure, including projects, organizations, IAM, service accounts, VPC networking, firewalls, DNS, load balancing, monitoring, logging, backups, and hybrid connectivity. Provide L1/L2/L3 incident support, troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues, implement security best practices, coordinate with vendors and Google Cloud Support, and maintain operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID, and enterprise SaaS applications. Manage users, groups, licenses, MFA, Conditional Access, synchronization, SSO integrations, security, compliance, incidents, root-cause analysis, vendor coordination, and operational documentation.

Drive revenue growth for multi-cloud services by developing sales strategies, identifying and closing new business, managing the full sales cycle, building client relationships, collaborating with technical and marketing teams, mentoring sales staff, tracking KPIs and forecasts, and representing the company at meetings and industry events. Travel up to 50% is required.

Conduct 100+ daily outbound calls to B2B and B2C prospects, explain services, generate and qualify leads, manage call records and CRM updates, and hand qualified prospects to sales and marketing teams. The role requires meeting calling and lead-generation targets, handling objections professionally, and communicating fluently in English.

Execute digital, social media, and offline marketing campaigns; conduct market and competitor research; create promotional content; coordinate with sales; track campaign performance and reporting; organize promotional events; and manage vendor relationships.

Automate operational tasks with Ansible and Bash, troubleshoot operating system, application, middleware, and networking issues, and support GCP infrastructure. Build infrastructure for new projects and proofs of concept, document technical processes, and collaborate with infrastructure and security teams.

Monitor and support critical production systems in a 24/7 remote NOC environment. Responsibilities include production support, incident triage and escalation, major incident bridge coordination, application and infrastructure monitoring, log analysis, alert management, and correlating data across cloud, APM, logging, and network monitoring platforms.
