Sell cybersecurity, cloud, networking, servers, storage, data center, and related infrastructure solutions while collaborating with presales and technical teams.

Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, VMware or Hyper-V, backup environments, and datacenter infrastructure. Responsibilities include server patching, hardening, provisioning, migration, disaster recovery operations, hardware troubleshooting, monitoring, incident and change management, vendor coordination, root-cause analysis, and PowerShell automation. The role also supports physical server installation, storage and RAID systems, failover testing, maintenance activities, and L2 infrastructure incidents.
