Leads regional HR partnering for business leaders and field teams. Responsibilities include maintaining employee data, attendance, incentives, leave, policy compliance, audits, grievances, escalations, engagement initiatives, town halls, and HR dashboards. Supports performance management, developmental plans, stakeholder management, strategy implementation, and regional workforce metrics such as attrition and attendance.

Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, GST, TDS/TCS, tax accounting, financial reporting, audits, regulatory submissions, tax assessments, and litigation. Drive tax governance, ERP-enabled automation, reconciliations, process improvements, and finance transformation initiatives while partnering with accounting, treasury, compliance, technology, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Acquire new merchants and accounts through outbound prospecting, manage the full sales cycle, negotiate and close business, and drive monthly incremental revenue. Build and maintain a qualified pipeline, develop territory plans, coordinate onboarding with internal teams, track conversion and revenue performance, and identify upselling opportunities. Success is measured by new business generation, acquisition volume, closure rates, and incentive contribution.

Manages Finance controls and governance, including SOP adherence, reconciliations, exception resolution, SAP and ERP controls, access governance, segregation of duties, audit support, compliance reviews, risk tracking, dashboards, and process automation. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to close control deficiencies, improve financial processes, and maintain audit readiness.

Drives offline user growth through market visits, merchant and business partnerships, institutional and community outreach, and local user acquisition initiatives. Identifies opportunities across high-footfall locations, gathers market feedback, supports campaigns and merchant programs, coordinates with internal teams, and tracks visits, partnerships, and execution. The role requires extensive fieldwork, strong communication, relationship-building, local market knowledge, and fluency in the local language.

Owns the design, launch, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Lending EMI schemes, including eligibility, pricing, tenure, partner constructs, and commercial performance. The role coordinates Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, lenders, Technology, and Operations to ensure compliant launches, operational execution, audit-ready documentation, and business results. Responsibilities include performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, leadership reviews, and course corrections.

Own Lending EMI programs end to end, including planning, launches, optimization, wind-down, and lender relationship management. Manage partner onboarding, commercials, SLAs, performance, reconciliations, issue resolution, and growth. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure readiness and compliance. Track lender performance and portfolio metrics, lead governance forums, support UAT and go-live activities, maintain program documentation, drive process improvements, and prepare leadership reporting.

Own end-to-end business and product outcomes for Lending EMI, including funnel performance, P&L levers, KPI management, growth initiatives, and process improvements. Coordinate Sales, Credit, Operations, Technology, lenders, and partners to optimize conversion, turnaround time, customer experience, and launches. Build business cases, align operating plans with product roadmaps, monitor post-launch results, and guide analysts and cross-functional teams.

Manage corporate treasury and capital markets activities, including debt fundraising, liquidity, investments, banking relationships, treasury operations, accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role oversees CPs, NCDs, term loans, cash-flow forecasting, banking facilities, SAP FICO/TRM treasury accounting, RBI and FEMA compliance, and ROC/CERSAI filings while presenting treasury insights to senior leadership.

Lead advertising sales for FMCG, consumer internet, and gaming clients. Own ad revenue and key business metrics, develop client relationships, present Paytm Ads solutions to senior stakeholders, build media brief pipelines, create customized pitches, coordinate campaign delivery, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to improve advertising outcomes and customer experience.

Lead market risk and Margin Trading Facility risk management across equities, derivatives, and leveraged products. Develop risk frameworks, limits, margin and collateral policies, exposure monitoring, stress testing, analytics, automation, and regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and clearing corporation requirements while partnering with trading, operations, technology, compliance, audit, and senior leadership teams.

Handle outbound/inbound caller collections for assigned branches and products, meet collection targets, ensure legal and code-of-conduct compliance, monitor agencies and in-house collectors for fraud, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

Lead finance control and governance activities: enforce SOPs, identify and remediate control gaps, manage critical reconciliations (bank, GL, settlement, suspense), oversee SAP and ERP controls including SoD and access, support audits and compliance, drive automation and process improvements, produce Finance Control MIS, and coordinate cross-functionally.

Lead corporate treasury and capital markets activities including debt issuance (CPs, NCDs, term loans), liquidity and cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, SAP-based treasury accounting, regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA/KYC), and treasury MIS/reporting for senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance (Direct Tax, GST, TDS/TCS), tax accounting and provisions, tax audits and litigation support, and tax-related financial reporting. Strengthen tax governance, drive automation and ERP tax configurations, support month-/year-end closings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation and regulatory submissions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI margin trading (MTF) clients through proactive engagement, onboarding, activation, upselling, retention, and churn reduction. Serve as primary contact, resolve client issues with product/support teams, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue and book expansion.

Lead Paytm Money's Futures & Options business, owning P&L, strategy, product roadmap, growth, and trader lifecycle. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, metrics tracking, compliance alignment, and cross-functional execution to grow market share and trader monetization.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise customers for an AI-led engagement platform. Own end-to-end sales cycles, build outbound pipeline, lead CXO conversations, collaborate with Pre-Sales/Product on tailored solutions, manage RFPs and negotiations, maintain CRM discipline, and represent the company at industry events.
