Lead market risk and Margin Trading Facility risk management across equities, derivatives, and leveraged products. Develop risk frameworks, limits, margin and collateral policies, exposure monitoring, stress testing, analytics, automation, and regulatory reporting. Ensure compliance with SEBI, NSE, BSE, and clearing corporation requirements while partnering with trading, operations, technology, compliance, audit, and senior leadership teams.

Execute, monitor, QA, and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns across DV360, Display, Video, YouTube, and OTT/CTV inventory. Configure targeting, budgets, bidding, creatives, tracking, and attribution; monitor pacing and performance metrics; resolve delivery and tracking issues; and develop optimization playbooks and SOPs.

Handle outbound/inbound caller collections for assigned branches and products, meet collection targets, ensure legal and code-of-conduct compliance, monitor agencies and in-house collectors for fraud, address client queries, and develop repayment plans.

Lead finance control and governance activities: enforce SOPs, identify and remediate control gaps, manage critical reconciliations (bank, GL, settlement, suspense), oversee SAP and ERP controls including SoD and access, support audits and compliance, drive automation and process improvements, produce Finance Control MIS, and coordinate cross-functionally.

Lead corporate treasury and capital markets activities including debt issuance (CPs, NCDs, term loans), liquidity and cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, SAP-based treasury accounting, regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA/KYC), and treasury MIS/reporting for senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance (Direct Tax, GST, TDS/TCS), tax accounting and provisions, tax audits and litigation support, and tax-related financial reporting. Strengthen tax governance, drive automation and ERP tax configurations, support month-/year-end closings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation and regulatory submissions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI margin trading (MTF) clients through proactive engagement, onboarding, activation, upselling, retention, and churn reduction. Serve as primary contact, resolve client issues with product/support teams, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue and book expansion.

Lead Paytm Money's Futures & Options business, owning P&L, strategy, product roadmap, growth, and trader lifecycle. Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, metrics tracking, compliance alignment, and cross-functional execution to grow market share and trader monetization.

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts for D2C, e-commerce, and retail brands using the Paytm Pi Marketing platform. Drive new business, upsell/cross-sell, manage full sales lifecycle, build executive relationships, ensure platform adoption, and coordinate with product, success, marketing, and finance to meet revenue and retention goals.

Lead growth for algo trading and strategic partnerships; onboard and activate algo/strategy and API partners; drive derivatives trading and MTUs; build commercial models; track partner performance and revenue; coordinate launches and cross-functional integrations; provide ecosystem insights and recommendations to leadership.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise customers for an AI-led engagement platform. Own end-to-end sales cycles, build outbound pipeline, lead CXO conversations, collaborate with Pre-Sales/Product on tailored solutions, manage RFPs and negotiations, maintain CRM discipline, and represent the company at industry events.

Drive strategic partnerships for Paytm Loyalty & Rewards by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding brands and merchants. Manage partner accounts, run co-branded campaigns, conduct market research, align offerings with product and marketing, and deliver on sales, revenue, and engagement KPIs.

Lead and grow Paytm Money's Equity business (Intraday, IPOs, ETFs, Delivery, etc.) by defining product strategy, driving GTM and growth initiatives, partnering with Product/Tech/Analytics, and managing a high-performance team to increase user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Lead customer success sales for Paytm Money, driving customer activation and conversion across onboarding and engagement funnels. Manage and coach calling teams, optimize calling processes and communication flows, monitor performance metrics and MIS, collaborate cross-functionally to remove journey bottlenecks, and recommend process improvements to boost conversions.

Design and evangelize agentic AI solutions by mapping customer journeys, identifying automation opportunities, architecting LLM-driven workflows and integrations, leading POCs to production, articulating ROI, engaging stakeholders, and building repeatable playbooks to enable enterprise sales.

Lead user acquisition, engagement, and retention for SIP, ETF, and research content. Develop growth strategies and lifecycle campaigns, analyze funnels and cohorts, partner with product/UX/content teams, run multi-channel campaigns, monitor SIP MTU/ETF AUM/retention metrics, and produce performance reports with actionable recommendations.

Lead acquisition, activation, and retention for Intraday Trading and IPO products. Analyze user behavior and funnels, run A/B tests, design multi-channel growth campaigns, build dashboards with data team, monitor MTU/trading volume/IPO applications, and present performance to leadership.

Own city-level user growth for Paytm: analyze market share and cohorts, identify hyperlocal growth levers, run pilots and experiments, design targeted campaigns and partnerships, coordinate with product/marketing/operations, and track KPIs to increase transacting users, frequency, and wallet share.

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across phone, chat, email and digital channels. Provide accurate product and policy information, troubleshoot and escalate issues, document interactions, follow up, meet KPIs/SLA targets, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain professionalism while working rotational shifts.

Lead end-to-end user research for Paytm Money: design research frameworks, conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, build investor/trader personas, maintain knowledge base, mentor research team, and translate insights into product and growth recommendations across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.
