Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure readiness and compliance. Track lender performance and portfolio metrics, lead governance forums, support UAT and go-live activities, maintain program documentation, drive process improvements, and prepare leadership reporting.

Own end-to-end business and product outcomes for Lending EMI, including funnel performance, P&L levers, KPI management, growth initiatives, and process improvements. Coordinate Sales, Credit, Operations, Technology, lenders, and partners to optimize conversion, turnaround time, customer experience, and launches. Build business cases, align operating plans with product roadmaps, monitor post-launch results, and guide analysts and cross-functional teams.

Manage corporate treasury and capital markets activities, including debt fundraising, liquidity, investments, banking relationships, treasury operations, accounting, reporting, and regulatory compliance. The role oversees CPs, NCDs, term loans, cash-flow forecasting, banking facilities, SAP FICO/TRM treasury accounting, RBI and FEMA compliance, and ROC/CERSAI filings while presenting treasury insights to senior leadership.

Lead finance control and governance activities: enforce SOPs, identify and remediate control gaps, manage critical reconciliations (bank, GL, settlement, suspense), oversee SAP and ERP controls including SoD and access, support audits and compliance, drive automation and process improvements, produce Finance Control MIS, and coordinate cross-functionally.

Lead corporate treasury and capital markets activities including debt issuance (CPs, NCDs, term loans), liquidity and cash management, banking relationships, treasury operations, SAP-based treasury accounting, regulatory compliance (RBI/FEMA/KYC), and treasury MIS/reporting for senior leadership.

Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance (Direct Tax, GST, TDS/TCS), tax accounting and provisions, tax audits and litigation support, and tax-related financial reporting. Strengthen tax governance, drive automation and ERP tax configurations, support month-/year-end closings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance transformation and regulatory submissions.

Manage and grow a portfolio of HNI margin trading (MTF) clients through proactive engagement, onboarding, activation, upselling, retention, and churn reduction. Serve as primary contact, resolve client issues with product/support teams, gather market intelligence, and drive revenue and book expansion.
