Lead government advertising sales for Paytm Ads across FMCG, consumer internet, and gaming sectors. Own advertising revenue, manage major client and agency relationships, present solutions to senior stakeholders, develop customized pitches, and oversee campaign performance. Drive cross-functional initiatives, provide product feedback, and build strategic partnerships while managing complex client requirements and business metrics.

Owns the design, launch, monitoring, and lifecycle management of Lending EMI schemes, including eligibility, pricing, tenure, partner constructs, and commercial performance. The role coordinates Sales, Product, Credit, Finance, lenders, Technology, and Operations to ensure compliant launches, operational execution, audit-ready documentation, and business results. Responsibilities include performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, leadership reviews, and course corrections.

Own Lending EMI programs end to end, including planning, launches, optimization, wind-down, and lender relationship management. Manage partner onboarding, commercials, SLAs, performance, reconciliations, issue resolution, and growth. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Sales to ensure readiness and compliance. Track lender performance and portfolio metrics, lead governance forums, support UAT and go-live activities, maintain program documentation, drive process improvements, and prepare leadership reporting.
