Own client relationships, account P&L, revenue growth, retention, campaign performance, and strategic account planning. Lead cross-functional campaign execution with Sales, Operations, Ad Operations, Product, and Finance teams. Manage escalations, analyze performance data, prepare business reviews, and identify optimization opportunities. Lead, mentor, and develop Account Managers and Executives while supporting hiring and capability development.

Manage end-to-end contract drafting, review, negotiation, and finalization across clients, vendors, leases, HR, marketing, and operations. Provide legal counsel, regulatory guidance, data protection oversight, and compliance support across Indian and global markets. Lead legal relationships, documentation, trackers, policies, SOPs, and business initiatives while managing a legal team and supporting risk reduction.

Supports company founders by managing calendars, communications, meetings, follow-ups, travel, events, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Prepares agendas, reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries while tracking action items and assisting with strategic initiatives. Maintains confidential records and handles sensitive information with discretion. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, business judgment, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
