Supports company founders by managing calendars, communications, meetings, follow-ups, travel, events, documentation, and stakeholder coordination. Prepares agendas, reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive summaries while tracking action items and assisting with strategic initiatives. Maintains confidential records and handles sensitive information with discretion. Requires strong organization, communication, multitasking, business judgment, and the ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.

Manage programmatic media campaigns across multiple self-serve platforms, including daily optimization, revenue and cost analysis, metric forecasting, and tracking. Coordinate monthly and quarterly initiatives with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. Provide partner support through email, phone, presentations, screen-sharing, and meetings. Conduct competitor analysis and market research while maintaining expertise in digital marketing, advertising formats, tracking, and marketing channels.
