Ø End to end closure of contracts, drafting, vetting, negotiation and finalization of agreements & legal documents (Clients, Vendors, Marketing, Leases, HR, operations, etc.)
Ø Advising and counselling the business, by giving them legal support to minimise the risk of the organization and advise management on regulatory changes impacting business
Ø Collaborate with business leaders from markets PAN India and Global, as well as with supporting functions like Finance, HR and provide guidance on legal risks, policy development and other business-related issues.
Ø Handling regulatory aspects of company and its subsidiaries/associates
Ø Ensure compliance with Company policies, products and business
Ø Implementation and monitoring of Data protection laws and policies
Ø Will be responsible to manage relationship with legal team of key clients/vendors/etc
Ø Responsible for handling all legal matters and maintaining the trackers & documentation for legal department
Ø New business initiatives & lead in formation and modification of processes, policies and SOPs of the company.
RequirementsDesired Candidate Profile
Ø LLB/LLM from reputed institution
Ø 5+ years of relevant work experience
Ø Experience of leading a legal dept and a team,Systems & Results Orientation
Ø Planning, Organizing, Co-ordinating & Monitoring
Ø Strategic & Business Perspective
Ø Communication Skills & working knowledge of excel
Ø Analytical, conceptual, problem solving & decision making
