Leads techno-commercial offer and tender submissions, coordinating engineering, finance, legal, and sales teams. Analyzes market opportunities, evaluates risks and feasibility, ensures legal and contractual compliance, maintains proposal processes and documentation, and reports sales pipeline status and success rates to senior management.

Provides high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document management, office supply ordering, records maintenance, and communication with internal and external agencies. Supports HR recruiting, onboarding, training, and office events; coordinates housekeeping activities and assists department heads and the Admin Executive Head with daily operations.

Searches and tracks government tenders and EOIs, analyzes commercial and technical requirements, evaluates specifications and terms, coordinates with internal teams, attends prebid meetings, submits tenders on time, and maintains tender databases and win-loss reports.
