Searches and tracks government tenders and EOIs, analyzes commercial and technical requirements, evaluates specifications and terms, coordinates with internal teams, attends prebid meetings, submits tenders on time, and maintains tender databases and win-loss reports.
Manpower Requirement for Tendering Department
1. Searching and Tracking Government Portals for various Tenders, EOIs, etc.
2. Studying and Analysing Tender Documents from a Commercial and Technical perspective.
3. Evaluation of the Tender requirement, specifications, scope of work, billing modalities, Terms and Conditions, etc.
4. Interaction with other Teams for obtaining relevant data and information.
5. Attending Prebid Meetings and Interactions with Clients.
6. Ensuring timely submission of Tenders.
7. Compiling and Maintaining Reports and Databases related to all Tenders, EOIs, etc. including analysis of the tenders with respect to win / loose situations and reason thereof.
Competencies / Skills Required:
1. Good communication Skills and ability to work in Teams.
2. Attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, etc.)
4. Familiarity with Government Tender / Procurement Portals/Ariba Portal/Geta.
5. Preferred Industry: Power Industry
