Supports credit administration and loan operations by verifying documentation, security creation, charge registration, pre- and post-disbursement conditions, covenant compliance, fees, insurance, valuations, legal audits, MIS, and regulatory requirements. Coordinates with Loan Operations to enable timely disbursement, maintains control records, monitors risk indicators, and supports portfolio quality, governance, audit readiness, and operational effectiveness.
To support credit administration and loan operations through evaluation of credit-related information, assessment of documentation and control requirements, identification of risk indicators and monitoring of compliance with approved credit and regulatory frameworks. The role contributes to portfolio quality, risk management and operational effectiveness through analytical review and decision support.
Responsibilities- Ensure security creation for borrower accounts in line with sanctioned terms and approved documentation requirements.
- Process registration of charges with relevant authorities within prescribed timelines.
- Verify compliance with pre-disbursement conditions prior to facility release.
- Monitor post-disbursement conditions, exceptions and covenant requirements and maintain relevant trackers.
- Prepare facility data sheets and coordinate with Loan Operations for timely disbursement and credit delivery.
- Monitor recovery of processing fees, charges and penal interest in accordance with approved terms.
- Review insurance policies and track renewals to ensure continuous coverage of charged assets.
- Track valuation and revaluation requirements and coordinate legal audits in accordance with credit policy.
- Maintain MIS, control registers and credit administration records to support governance and reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit observations.
Experience Range: 3 to 7 years
