Manage daily wealth management operations across mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, BSE transactions, KYC, onboarding, documentation, reconciliation, and client servicing. Resolve client and internal queries, coordinate with AMCs, BSE, RTAs, and other partners, track pending issues, maintain records and audit trails, prepare MIS reports, and ensure transactions comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Manage the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, engagement, disciplinary matters, rewards and benefits, performance management, HR analytics, compliance, and organizational development. Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and people strategies while supporting employees across PAN India branches. The role requires approximately 60% travel and includes extensive stakeholder collaboration.

Conduct fundamental equity and sector research for PMS portfolios, build financial and valuation models, track earnings and corporate developments, prepare investment recommendations and reports, support Investment Committee materials, monitor portfolio holdings, benchmark companies, maintain research databases and dashboards, and ensure compliance with SEBI PMS guidelines.
