Manage daily wealth management operations across mutual fund purchases, redemptions, switches, SIPs, BSE transactions, KYC, onboarding, documentation, reconciliation, and client servicing. Resolve client and internal queries, coordinate with AMCs, BSE, RTAs, and other partners, track pending issues, maintain records and audit trails, prepare MIS reports, and ensure transactions comply with internal processes and regulatory requirements.

Lead centralized offline marketing strategy across regions, developing funnel-based calendars, repeatable event frameworks, partnership models, brand standards, budgets, compliance processes, and ROI measurement. The role guides branch-level coordinators, collaborates with branch leaders and local partners, oversees event quality and governance, and supports premium brand positioning through strategic initiatives rather than last-mile logistics.

Acquire clients, assess financial needs, and present investment and wealth-management solutions. Build client relationships, advise on financial decisions, monitor portfolios, refine financial plans, and provide guidance based on market and regulatory developments. Represent the company at client meetings, conferences, and industry forums while promoting financial literacy and brand visibility.
